DHQ, or Dihydroquercetin, is a very powerful antioxidant - one of the most potent in the whole world. DHQ was first labeled as an antioxidant in the 1940's and referred to Taxifolin in the medical communities. DHQ works by giving one of its hydrogen atoms to a free radical, thus stabilizing it. Antioxidants in general are able to afford this "donation" without itself becoming a free radical.

DHQ on the ORAC scale (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) is 28,000+ µM TE/g). If you have ever heard about Goji Berries or Acai, well DHQ is 100x more powerful.

Where does DHQ come from? Dihydroquercetin is extracted from Siberian Larch Trees. Siberian and Dahurian Larch Trees are the richest, natural sources of DHQ. Watch out for DHQ from "imitation", lesser quality sources. Pure DHQ is extremely expensive.

In general, antioxidants help protect the body fight free radicals which are believed to be the cause of premature aging, oxidative stress.

Liquid zeolite side effect questions are commonly brought up by customers before purchasing zeolite products, whether that is liquid zeolite or zeolite powder. Although, zeolite is on FDA's GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) list there are some precautions that you should take and some possible side effects you should be aware of. Dehydration: This is the most common result of taking zeolite. Along with chelating heavy metals and toxins, zeolite pulls water from the body. This is why replenishing with extra water (8-10 glasses) or more if desired is recommended. Most issues associated with zeolite stem from dehydration!

Fatigue: Some may experience general fatigue; like something you might feel after a long day of work. Or you might think you are coming down with a cold. Just be safe, get plenty of water and increase water intake.

Aching: Muscles and organs may begin to ache, this is most likely associated with lack of water.

Constipation and diarrhea: Also, most likely contributed to dehydration but also can be the body's response to eliminating toxins.

Our biggest recommendation is to increase water intake and to lower your dosage. Like with any supplement, it is essential to begin slow and gradually increase your dosage.

We have previously mentioned zeolite capsules, which is essentially encapsulated zeolite powder. We are convinced now more than ever that taking a powdered zeolite is extremely vital when doing a zeolite detoxification program. No matter what you read about liquid zeolite - you will never achieve the same amount of actual mg of zeolite as you would with powder.
