Dangers of Heavy Metals - Zeolite to Detox PDF Print E-mail

There are a lot of reasons why the environment is now completely filled with dangerous heavy metals included in the list is the industrial revolution and, even more recently, modern technological advances. Where can you find these substances? These can be found in the water you drink, the air you breathe, the food you eat, and even in your everyday household items - the same items that are supposed to make living easier and safer. The inconvenient truth is that these heavy metals although found in common, practical areas of your life can actually have serious and devastating effects on you and your family's health. If exposed for a long period of time, these metals will just accumulate until your body can no longer handle the burden. Heavy metals are stored in your cells, fatty tissues, organs, hair and other areas of the body.

Health Issues Caused by Heavy Metals

Heavy metals are very trick to track because of all the numerous places they can be found. They can enter your body at different times and more importantly in different amounts. Because it is very hard to gauge how much you have accumulated and from where, unless you are tested, you should be taking zeolite to detox. You can be quite sure that if you eat foods high in heavy metals (tuna = mercury) or your profession deals in construction or mining then chances are you are at risk. Research has shown that these metals can be toxic and if not fatal can lead to other long lasting health problems. Systems such as the kidneys, nervous system, lungs, and other susceptible systems and organs of the body are impacted. Additionally, these toxic substances can lead to the development of cancer and reproductive damage.

Why You Need to Cleanse Your Body of Heavy Metals

Problems caused by these heavy metals vary based on a few factors. The quantity and timing is important (ie. exposed at an early age with mercury fillings). Also, the effects on health can vary from person to person. Some cases can be severe, while others more mild. The best way to keep everyone safe in the family is to get tested and begin a chelation regime.

The easiest way to avoid these metals is by examining the food you are eating. Look for organic foods and when it comes to fish be very cautious. Unfortunately, most types of fish are laden with mercury and at the top of that list is tuna, shark, and other fish that grow to be big in size. Also, examine carefully the household items you use to clean, paint, etc. These are generally laden with metals such as beryllium. In small doses, you should be fine but consider the fact that you are always surrounded by them and use these products on a daily basis. Also, check medicines, make-up, sunblocks, paints, and many more. Do your research and protect yourself.

There are now alternatives available.

How Zeolite Can Help

Avoiding exposure to these metals is a great beginning step but what if the damage has been done? Unlike other elements, heavy metals remain and build up in the body. You must cleanse yourself on a deep level, for several months. Think about this: you have been exposed and storing these metals for your entire life - it will take time to clean up the damage. It may be too late even if cellular damage has been done so you must act immediately. Avoidance is easy to begin with but you may need additional support. Either liquid zeolite or zeolite powder has the ability of removing heavy metals and even other random toxins from your body. There are other benefits of taking zeolite including balance of pH and removing viruses and bacteria.

If you are rightfully worried about the health problems associated with heavy metal toxicity and want to keep yourself and family safe, try incorporating zeolites into your daily supplement regime.

Importance of pH - Acid vs Alkaline PDF Print E-mail

One of the most important and mostly unknown factors that can greatly influence anyone’s health for better or worse is the acid/alkaline balance. Also known as the pH balance, or the Potential Hydrogen index, this indicator is a scientific measure of the levels of acidity or alkalinity in any organic material. In fact, most people have heard of this at school, where everyone is taught about how the pH balance needs to be ideal in the soil in order for plants to grow, or in the water of aquariums for fish to stay healthy.

However, very few have realized that pH balance is just as important for people’s health, and the increase of acidic content in the body can actually lead people to suffer from several types of ailments.

What happens with the human body if the pH balance is not the right one? The body loses its capacity to properly process nutrients and minerals the way it should. In fact, in order to accomplish all of its basic functions, the human body needs to be slightly alkaline. As a perfect example of this, it has been proven that the most hazardous microorganisms, like bacteria and viruses, tend to thrive in acidic environments, while not being able to survive for too long when surrounded by an alkaline one.

Now, the human body, when in its natural state, tends to be slightly alkaline. This allows it to work properly and to accomplish all of its functions without risk. However, as the food industry evolved and everyday becomes easier and cheaper to acquire foods that are more processed, the acidic levels of the average person have increased, bringing along a series of health problems.

What is the Ideal pH Level for People?

pH levels range from 0 to 14. In this scale, 7 is considered neutral and anything above that is considered to be alkaline. Likewise, any pH level below 7 will be acidic. The basic difference between alkaline and acidic is that an alkaline environment is one where oxygen is abundant, which is beneficial for the organism, while an acidic environment is usually somewhat deprived of oxygen. The human body usually is at a pH level of about 7.3 when in a natural state.

The Current Problem

One of the most serious crises that most people are facing nowadays without even noticing, is that dietary choices are becoming more and more acidic, with processed foods and meats being the main culprits. Now, in order to maintain its natural pH balance, since the body doesn’t get the necessary alkaline elements from the outside, it will start taking them from the inside of the body itself (like calcium from the bones to name just one), thus seriously compromising one’s health.

Thankfully, the solution to this problem is quite simple. All one needs to do is to start taking more natural foods, such as fruits and vegetables (which are highly alkaline) and supplements that help replenish mineral levels and increase oxygen.

We have a great section on supplements to help boost pH levels. Some other health basics, whose main purpose is not pH, but also help with this issue are oxygenation and detoxification.

This, combined with a periodical pH test that anyone can perform at home, will ensure that the right pH balance is maintained, with the associated health benefits that this entails.

Low-Carbohydrate, High-Protein Diets May Reduce Both Tumor Growth Rates and Cancer Risk PDF Print E-mail

ScienceDaily (June 14, 2011) — Eating a low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet may reduce the risk of cancer and slow the growth of tumors already present, according to a study published in Cancer Research, a journal of the American Association for Cancer Research.

The study was conducted in mice, but the scientists involved agree that the strong biological findings are definitive enough that an effect in humans can be considered.

"This shows that something as simple as a change in diet can have an impact on cancer risk," said lead researcher Gerald Krystal, Ph.D., a distinguished scientist at the British Columbia Cancer Research Centre.

Cancer Research editor-in-chief George Prendergast, Ph.D., CEO of the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research, agreed. "Many cancer patients are interested in making changes in areas that they can control, and this study definitely lends credence to the idea that a change in diet can be beneficial," said Prendergast, who was not involved with the study.

Krystal and his colleagues implanted various strains of mice with human tumor cells or with mouse tumor cells and assigned them to one of two diets. The first diet, a typical Western diet, contained about 55 percent carbohydrate, 23 percent protein and 22 percent fat. The second, which is somewhat like a South Beach diet but higher in protein, contained 15 percent carbohydrate, 58 percent protein and 26 percent fat. They found that the tumor cells grew consistently slower on the second diet.

As well, mice genetically predisposed to breast cancer were put on these two diets and almost half of them on the Western diet developed breast cancer within their first year of life while none on the low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet did. Interestingly, only one on the Western diet reached a normal life span (approximately 2 years), with 70 percent of them dying from cancer while only 30 percent of those on the low-carbohydrate diet developed cancer and more than half these mice reached or exceeded their normal life span.

Krystal and colleagues also tested the effect of an mTOR inhibitor, which inhibits cell growth, and a COX-2 inhibitor, which reduces inflammation, on tumor development, and found these agents had an additive effect in the mice fed the low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet.

When asked to speculate on the biological mechanism, Krystal said that tumor cells, unlike normal cells, need significantly more glucose to grow and thrive. Restricting carbohydrate intake can significantly limit blood glucose and insulin, a hormone that has been shown in many independent studies to promote tumor growth in both humans and mice.

Furthermore, a low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet has the potential to both boost the ability of the immune system to kill cancer cells and prevent obesity, which leads to chronic inflammation and cancer.

For low-carb, high protein - try a vegan protein powder.

What is Fulvic Acid and Humic Acid? PDF Print E-mail
Monday, 20 December 2010 11:14

World’s Finest Electrolyte (1)
Fulvic acid is an organic natural electrolyte that can balance and energize biological properties. It is capable of being soluble in water (2) and conducting electrical current. (3)
The power of an electrolyte that has been shown in separate tests on animal cells (giant amoebae); to be able to restore life in what researchers termed “a beautiful demonstration” and “astonishing.”

When the electrolyte potential was taken away during the test, the cell ruptured and disintegrated into surrounding fluids causing death. These studies showed convincingly that the physical well-being of cells depended upon cells having electrical potential enabling cells reconstruction to become healthy and active. (4)

It was also determined from these same studies, that similar results could be expected of the progressive weakness among humans resulting from: unchecked hemorrhages, overwhelming emotional stress, uncontrolled infections, unbalanced diet, prolonged loss of sleep, and surgical shock. These examples are all accompanied by a steady decrease in electrical potential that can eventually be reduced to zero at death. These studies show convincingly that the physical well-being of plants, animals, and humans is determined by proper electrical potential. (5)

Fulvic acid has proven to be a powerful organic electrolyte, serving to balance CELL LIFE. If the individual cell is restored to its normal chemical balance thereby turning its electrical potential, we will have given life where death and disintegration would normally occur within plant and animal cell. (6) Fulvic acid has the outstanding ability to accomplish this objective in numerous ways. (7)

Promotes ElectroChemical Balance as Donor or Receptor
Fulvic acid is available at times as an electron donor and at other times as an electron acceptor, based on the cells requirement for balance. (8) One reaction that occurs is when the chemical species lose electrons as a donor. The other reaction is a reduction in which the active species gains electrons as an acceptor. (9)

A recent study of the binding donor molecule to Fulvic acid in a solution revealed direct evidence for donor-acceptor charge transfer mechanisms. (10) trace minerals in the fulvic acid electrolyte could also be beneficial in this process by serving as electrode. (11)

Most Powerful Natural Free Radical Scavenger & Antioxidant Known (12)

Complexes Dissolve Minerals & Trace Elements (15)
Fulvic acid is especially active in dissolving minerals and metals when solutions are in water. The metallic minerals simply dissolve into ionic form, and disappear into the Fulvic structure becoming bio-chemically reactive and mobile. The Fulvic acid actually transforms these minerals and metals into elaborate Fulvic acid molecular complexes that have vastly different characteristics from their previous metallic mineral form. Fulvic acid is nature’s way of “chelating” metallic minerals, turning them into a readily absorbable bio-available form.
Fulvic acid also has the unique ability to weather and dissolve SILICA that it comes in contact with.

Enhances Nutrients (16)
Fulvic acid enhances the availability of nutrients and makes them more readily absorbable, allowing minerals to regenerate and prolong time of essential nutrients. It prepares minerals to react with cells and allows minerals to inter-react with one another, breaking them down into the simplest ionic form, chelated by the Fulvic acid electrolytes.

(Ed.) Fertility of the sea, 2, 351-368. (Proceedings of an international Symposium of Fertility of the Sea, Sao Paulo, Brazil, London, and New York:  Gordon and Breach Science)

Transports Nutrients (17)
Fulvic acid readily forms complexes with minerals and metals making them available to plant roots and easily absorbable through cell walls. It makes It makes minerals such as IRON, that are not usually very mobile, easily transported through plant structures. Fulvic acids dissolve and transpose vitamins, coenzymes, amines, hormones, and natural antibiotics. (18) that are generally found throughout the soil making them available.

These substances are effective in stimulating even more vigorous and healthy growth, producing certain bacteria, fungal, and actinomyceles in decomposing vegetation in the soil. It has been determined that all known vitamins can be present in healthy soil. (20)

Plants manufacture many of their own vitamins, yet these from the soil further supplement the plant. Upon ingestion animals and humans easily absorb these nutrients, due to the fact that they are in the perfect natural plant form as nature intended. Fulvic acid can often transport many times its weight in dissolved mineral elements. (21)

Catalyzes Enzyme Reactions
Fulvic acid has close association with enzymes (23) that increases activity of enzymes and especially influences respiratory catalysts. Fulvic acids increase the activity of several enzymes including alkaline phosphates, transaminase, and invertase.

Increases Assimilation (24)
Fulvic acid organic metal complexes are of a low molecular weight, (25) low molecular size, and capable of a high degree of penetration into cells. Fulvic acid complexes and chelates are able to readily pass through semi-permeable membranes such as cell walls. It is important to note its been determined that Fulvic acids not only have the ability to transport nutrients through cell membranes, but also sensitizes cell membranes and various physiological functions as well. Stimulates Metabolism (27)
Fulvic acid appears to cause the genetic mechanism of plants to function at higher level. It has been concluded that when plant cells are exposed to Fulvic acid it can improve growth. (28) Oxygen is absorbed more intensely in the presence of Fulvic acids. (29)

Fulvic acid aids in penetrating plant roots, (30) relieves oxygen deficiency, increases the vital activity of cells, and changes the pattern of the metabolism of carbohydrates, resulting in an accumulation of soluble sugars. These soluble sugars increase the pressure of osmosis inside the cell walls and enable plants to withstand wilting, which enhances growth stimulation to the immune system. (31)

Detoxified Pollutants (32)
An important aspect of Fulvic acid is related to its absorptive interaction with environmental chemicals, either before or after they reach concentrations toxic to living organisms. (33)

Fulvic acid (34) rapidly detoxifies the toxic herbicide known as Paraquat. It has a special function with respect to the demise of organic compounds applied to soil as pesticides. (35)

Fulvic acid is vital in helping form new species of metal ions, binding with organic pollutants such as pesticides and herbicides and catalyzing the breakdown of toxic pollutants. Radioactive substances react rapidly with Fulvic acid and only a brief time is required for equilibrium to be reached. (36) All radioactive elements are capable of reacting with Fulvic acid and thus forming organo-metal complexes of different absorptive stability and solubility.

Dissolves Silica
Fulvic acid is especially important because of its ability to complex or chelate metal ions and interact with SILICA. (37)  It has been shown that these interactions may increase the concentrations of metal ions and silica found in water solutions to levels that are far in excess of their assumed dissolution ability. Syntheses (39)
Fulvic acid complexes have the ability to bio-react one with another, and also inter-react with cells to synthesize or transmute new mineral compounds. The transmutation of vegetal silica and magnesium to form calcium in animal and human bones is a typical example of new synthesis of minerals. (40)

Catalyzes Vitamins within the Cell (48)
Fulvic acid has the ability to complex vitamins into its structure, where they are presented to the cell in combination with complexed minerals. In this perfect natural condition, they can be catalyzed and utilized by the cell. In absence of adequate trace minerals, vitamins are unable to perform their proper function.

Chelates All Monovalent & Divalent Elements to Which It Is Exposed
Fulvic acid has the power to form stable water-soluble complexes with monovalent, divalent, trivalent and poly-valent metal ions. It can aid the actual movement of metal ions that are normally difficult to mobilize or transport. (49) Fulvic acid is an excellent natural chelator, cation exchanger and is vitally important in the nutrition of cells.

(49)  Transport metal ions – Schnitzer, M.K. & Khan, S.U. (1972). Humic substances in the environment

Both Humic and Fulvic carry DNA repair material, ability in detoxifying and repairing the liver, serving as a destroyer of bacteria, viruses, parasites, etc., chelating heavy metals like mercury out of the body and being a great immune booster.

We use the only lab that extracts Fulvic acid without resorting to chemical use. The whole process uses only extra clean, unsaturated water molecules. Everything of known and unknown value is preserved and saved.

Asbestos, Mold, Toxins - Zeolite Can Help PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 15 December 2010 19:15

Several weeks back, a customer approached us because he was worried that his many years of working on remodeling and fixing up old houses was taking a toll on his health. Truth is, hazardous jobs such as the one this man described are a common source of asbestos, lead, mold and many other 'invisible' toxins.

He had many complaints including fatigue, coughing, throat irration, and persistent headaches. He mentioned that he has heard that zeolites can help remove heavy metals and toxins from deep within the body. A short conversation and 2 days laters his products arrived.

We got him started on ZeoPower (a zeolite/mushroom blend) and liquid zeolite.

The ZeoPower not only provides much more zeolite per serving than a whole bottle of any liquid zeolite but also many powerful immune boosting mushrooms, CoQ10 and other health promoting ingredients.

The liquid zeolite, in this case, Super Z Lite Liquid Zeolite (because of its higher than average zeolite concentration and fulvic acids) would help the zeolite absorb rapidly into the blood stream. The combination of acids, aloe vera, minerals, and zeolites really penetrate the cells, tissues, and organs very quickly.

This dual attack to rid the body of metals and toxins really paid off very quickly. Within days he already stopped complaining of the fatigue and headaches, although worse at first, stopped almost entirely a week or so later.

If you work on or in old buildings then you maybe being exposed to harmful chemicals, molds and more. If you can't avoid it because after all work is work then its time you start to clean up your system. All these toxins accumulate (build up) and if they are not causing problems now, they can be in the near future.

Get on the same regime as Harold, or contact us to see what is best for you.
