Dosage: Each bottle of Elemental pH contains 30 grams
Take about an eighth of a teaspoon in a glass of water or juice three times a day. Alternatively, put half a teaspoon in a quart of water and sip throughout the day. A white film will develop on the glass, this is normal. It is from the coral calcium used as an expedient and not the egg shell calcium which is the active ingredient.
